Western blot analysis lysates from SH-SY5Y, using Phospho-Tau (S214) Rabbit mAb (AP1423) at 1:1000 dilution. SH-SY5Y cells were treated with Okadaic Acid (100 nM) at 37°C for 1 hour and Calyculin A (100nM) at 37°C for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight.°C for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit (RM00020). Exposure time: 60s.
