Western blot analysis of lysates from HeLa cells, using Phospho-KAP1/TRIM28-S824 Rabbit mAb (AP1393) at 1:5000 dilution. HeLa cells were treated with Etoposide (25 uM) at 37°C for 5 hours. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 60s.
