Western blot analysis of various lysates using Phospho-IK KappaBA Alpha-S36 Rabbit mAb (AP0999) at 1:1000 dilution. THP-1 cells were treated with PMA/TPA (80 nM) at 37°C for overnight or treated with LPS (1 ug/mL) at 37°C for 6 hours. Both NIH/3T3 cells and C6 cells were treated with TNF-A Alpha (20 ng/mL) at 37°C for 30 minutes. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 3min.
