Western blot analysis of lysates from C6 cells using [KO Validated] NRF2 Rabbit mAb (A3577) at 1:1000 dilution incubated overnight at 4°C. C6 cells were treated with MG132 (10 uM) at 37°C for 90 minutes. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 30 ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit (RM00020). Exposure time: 90 s.
Western blot analysis of extracts from wild type(WT) and NRF2 knockout (KO) HeLa cells, using [KO Validated] NRF2 Rabbit mAb (A3577) at 1:1000 dilution. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
