Confocal imaging of 293F cells transfected with KIR2DL2/KIR2DL3 using ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Human KIR2DL2/KIR2DL3 mAb (A24574, dilution 1:200). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue). Objective: 100x.
Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 Human PBMC were surface-stained with ABflo® 450 Mouse anti-Human CD56/NCAM-1 mAb (A26642,5 ul/Test) and ABflo® 488 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A22069,5 ul/Test,left) or ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Human CD158b/KIR2DL2/KIR2DL3 mAb (A24574,5 ul/Test,right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
Flow cytometry:1X10^6 293F(Transfection) cells were surface-stained with ABflo® 488 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A22069,5 ul/Test,left) or ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Human KIR2DL2/KIR2DL3 mAb(A24574,5 ul/Test,right).
Flow cytometry:1X10^6 CHO cells (negative control,left) and CHO(Transfection,right) cells were surface-stained with ABflo® 488 Rabbit anti-Human KIR2DL2/KIR2DL3 mAb(A24574,5 ul/Test,orange line) or ABflo® 488 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A22069,5 ul/Test,blue line). Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).
