Western blot analysis of lysates from Mouse brain, using CD117/c-Kit Rabbit mAb (A23831) at 1:1000 dilution. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit (RM00020). Exposure time: 90s.
Flow cytometry: 1X106 C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were surface-stained with ABflo® 450 Rat anti-Mouse CD45R/B220 mAb (A27783,0.25 ug) and Rabbit IgG isotype control (AC042,5ug/mL,left) or CD117/c-Kit Rabbit mAb (A23831,5ug/mL,right), followed by Alexa Fluor® 647 conjugated goat anti-rabbit pAb staining. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
Flow cytometry:1X10^6 293T (Transfection) cells were surface-stained with Rabbit IgG isotype control (AC042,2 ug/mL,left) or CD117/c-Kit Rabbit mAb(A23831,2 ug/mL,right), followed by Alexa Fluor® 647 conjugated goat anti-rabbit pAb staining.
