- Anti-KLH antibody allows for the detection of KLH, important for monitoring immune Response, infection and inflammation. Keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) is a large metal-containing protein consisting of 400 kDa subunits that is frequently used carrier protein in immunization procedures. KLH is most typically conjugated to a small molecule, peptide, or protein thereby rendering the complex highly immunogenic. KLH has been used as a carrier for vaccines and antigens and as adjuvant treatment in regimens such as antimicrobial therapy. This Anti-KLH antibody has been conjugated to rhodamine.
