- This high sensitivity pNPP substrate is suitable for ELISA assays with alkaline phosphatase (ALP). The substrate is supplied in diethanolamine buffer as a ready-to-use solution. It is recommended for both endpoint and kinetic determinations. The substrate produces a soluble yellow product which is measured at 405-410 nm. We recommend this substrate for our ELISA Flex kits (ALP) and Streptavidin-ALP.|Validated for our assays.|This ELISA substrate is intended for the development of ELISA assays using Strepdavidin-ALP enzyme-conjugates. For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
