Figure 1. Jurkat cells were treated with a negative control (left) or staurosporine (middle), then stained using Intracellular GSH Assay (cat. 9137). Cells were read on a flow cytometer using an FL1 99% (2 log) attenuation filter. The median fluorescence intensity of negative control cells was 425,971 in FL1-A (left: Negative), and 289,169 in the induced cells (middle: Positive), a decrease of >30%.
