LSBio validate their antibodies for IHC on at least 20 human FFPE fixed tissue types and, where possible, in several methods to confirm specificity. Only those antibodies that pass the extensive validation protocol are awarded IHC-plus status and the best in class are designated PathPlus status.

IHC made simple!

The ImmPRESS PLUS kits have been designed to offer a laboratory one of the fastest ways to get started with IHC with the core reagents all in one box, and with little to no preparation of reagents needed.  The 75-150 section staining pack size is perfect for small projects.

In the kit:

  • R.T.U. BloxALL Blocking reagent
  • R.T.U. Normal Serum for blocking
  • ImmPRESS micropolymer detection reagent (HRP, R.T.U.)
  • ImmPACT DAB EqV (Mix equal volumes as required)

To get started; run a doubling dilution of your primary antibody on parallel sections, develop with the ImmPRESS PLUS kit – pick the dilution of your primary that gives best staining for future runs.

Need more reagent? No Problem! The ImmPRESS Plus Kit components are available for purchase separately, and in larger, cost effective pack sizes for larger projects.
