- The single-analyte FluoroSpot assay provides an ELISpot alternative with fluorescent detection instead of enzymatic. The assay enables enumeration of cells secreting human Interferon-gamma (IFN-G Gamma). The kit includes low fluorescent plates pre-coated with monoclonal capture antibody, monoclonal detection antibody, secondary reagent conjugated to fluorophore, a fluorescence enhancer and an anti-CD28 monoclonal antibody for co-stimulation. A polyclonal activator for human T cells (mAb CD3-2) is supplied as a positive control for cytokine secretion.|Ensure reproducibility when diving into a multiplex analysis.|This FluoroSpot Plus kit is intended for the enumeration of cells secreting human IFN-G Gamma using the FluoroSpot assay.
