- This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of mouse IgG3 in e.g. ELISA and for enumeration of total IgG3 producing cells and antigen-specific IgG3 producing cells using ELISpot. There is no cross-reactivity (<0.1%) with mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c (IgG2a analogue in e.g. C57BL/6 and NOD mice), IgA, IgE, IgM or with IgG from rat, goat, rabbit, cow and human.|Validated for our assays.|This monoclonal antibody enables specific detection of mouse IgG3 in immunoassays such as ELISpot and ELISA.
