- The monkey IFN-G Gamma ELISA Pro kit provides all necessary reagents and solutions required to quantify IFN-G Gamma from non-human primates in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant, and serum/plasma samples. The kit contains an ELISA plate pre-coated with monoclonal capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, ELISA standard and ELISA diluent. The ELISA diluent prevents false positive read-outs which may be caused by heterophilic antibodies found in serum and plasma samples. The monoclonal antibodies in this kit react with human IFN-G Gamma and cross-react with IFN-G Gamma from non-human primates. The ELISA standard supplied is recombinant human IFN-G Gamma.|Thoroughly validated and include every buffer necessary, for a reliable and reproducible assay.|This ELISA Pro kit is intended for the quantification of monkey IFN-G Gamma in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.
