Recently, 2BScientific customers have reached out to them to learn more about Cellecta’s ready-to-use CRISPR cells, CRISPR sgRNA and CRISPR sgRNA construct libraries. Designed to support a range of research requirements, these products are provided with detailed instructions and backed by a wealth of technical resources.

They’ve also seen increased interest in Cellecta’s shRNA constructs and libraries, many of which are typically purchased alongside companion products to maximise the output of research studies.

Cellecta NGS Prep Kits

Cellecta’s Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) Prep Kits for sgRNA, shRNA and DNA barcode libraries provide a protocol and reagents for the PCR amplification from genomic DNA and NGS sequencing of library-specific barcodes included in these libraries.

  • Each NGS kit includes sufficient reagents to process 12-48 DNA samples (depending on the amount of DNA/sample) with unique indexing primers to multiplex up to 12 samples per run in a single lane. 

  • Supplementary indexing primers are also available (contact us at sales@2bscientific.com for more information), which increase multiplexing capacity to 24 samples per run in a single lane.
