This gene encodes a member of a family of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)-metabolizing molecular chaperones with roles in stabilizing and folding other proteins. The encoded protein is localized to melanosomes and the endoplasmic reticulum. Expression of this protein is associated with a variety of pathogenic states, including tumor formation. Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Liver. (Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6) stained with ARG63994 anti-GRP94 antibody at 3.8 ug/ml dilution followed by AP-staining.
Flow Cytometry: Paraformaldehyde-fixed A431 cells permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Cells were stained with ARG63994 anti-GRP94 antibody (blue line) at 10 ug/ml dilution for 1 hour, followed by incubation with Alexa FluorR 488 labelled secondary antibody. IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line).
Immunofluorescence: Paraformaldehyde fixed A431 cells permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Cells were stained with ARG63994 anti-GRP94 antibody (green) at 10 ug/ml dilution for 1 hour. DAPI (blue) for nuclear staining. Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (green) at 10 ug/ml dilution.
Immunofluorescence: Paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Cells were stained with ARG63994 anti-GRP94 antibody (green) at 10 ug/ml dilution for 1 hour. DAPI (blue) for nuclear staining. Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (green) at 10 ug/ml dilution.
Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin-embedded Human liver tissue. Antigen Retrieval: Steam tissue section in Citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The tissue section was stained with ARG63994 anti-GRP94 antibody at 3.8 ug/ml dilution followed by AP-staining.
