- These monoclonal antibodies are specific for the p40 subunit of IL-12 and IL-23. Combine with different detection antibodies for sensitive and specific detection of human IL-12 (p70), IL-12/-23 (p40) and IL-23. We recommend MT86/221 as capture antibodies in ELISA and ELISpot. Combine with mAb MT704 for detection of IL-12 (p70), with mAb MT618 for detection of IL-12/-23 (p40) and with mAb MT155 for detection of IL-23.|Validated for our assays.|These monoclonal antibodies enable specific detection of the p40 subunit of human IL-12 and IL-23 in immunoassays such as ELISpot, FluoroSpot, and ELISA.
