- Reacts with an immunodominant glycoprotein gC of Bovine Herpesvirus 5. IgM isotype. Useful for ELISA, indirect immunofluorescence, Western blot and immunoprecipitation assays, Western blot. Does not react with BHV-1, BHV-2, BHV-3 or BHV-4. This monoclonal antibody is produced as mouse ascites fluid, clarified by centrifugation, and filtered through a 0.2 micrometer filter. The concentration is 1.0 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline, preserved with sodium azide.
