- Multiplex TSA IHC Kit is suitable for both formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) and frozen tissue sections. StreptaClick[R]–HRP includes an antibody labeling reagent for any biotinylated antibodies and a novel HRP block buffer that efficiently quenches HRP activity between staining cycles. Unlike other buffers, this HRP block buffer does not require boiling between cycles. This not only reduces the time for each staining cycle but also ensures compatibility with both FFPE and frozen sections, all while preserving tissue morphology. StreptaClick[R]–HRP is compatible with biotinylated antibodies from any host and can be used on tissues from mice, humans, rats, and other species. Please note that the kit does not include TSA Dyes or Signal Amplification buffer. TSA dye selections that come with either 3 TSA Dyes or 4 TSA Dyes (Cat no. 60031-1 and 60041-1), including the amplification buffer, can be obtained from 2BScientific.
