ELISA: The plate was coated with ARG21905 Goat anti-Human IgG antibody (Biotin) (pre-adsorbed) and purified / unlabeled Rat IgG1 kappa. Biotin conjugated antibody and purified immunoglobulin were detected with serially diluted ARG24070 Streptavidin (HRP) (Tag Free).
Western blot: Rabbit IgG was resolved by electrophoresis under reducing conditions, transferred to PVDF membrane, and stained with ARG21918 Goat anti-Rabbit IgG antibody (Biotin) (pre-adsorbed) followed by ARG24070 Streptavidin (HRP) (Tag Free) and chemiluminescent detection.
