Diphtheria Toxin - DIP-TNL
Diphtheria toxin manufactured by The Native Antigen Company is a native protein produced by culture of Corynebacterium diphtheriae strain NCTC 10648 in optimal growth medium, followed by harvest, concentration, and purification through several rounds of chromatography. This produces a toxin with over 98% purity by SDS-PAGE and of high quality and minimal lot-to-lot variation, suitable for IVD assays, cellular research and in vivo work. Diphtheria toxin is offered in 1mg vial size and the toxin is lyophilised for ease of transportation and storage. Each batch is activity tested in a DEREG mouse model system.
Dengue NS1 Proteins (Serotypes 1-4) - DENVX4-NS1-100
The Native Antigen Company manufactures Dengue Virus 1 NS1 proteins in response to the unmet need for highly purified, concentrated proteins for use in vaccine development (including use as an immunogen) and serological based diagnostic assays. The Native Antigen Company’s Dengue Virus NS1 proteins are engineered in human cell lines using state-of-the-art expression techniques.
The resultant hexameric presentation is believed to be the biologically active form of NS1 involved in key aspects of dengue pathogenesis. Dengue Virus NS1 proteins are purified to a high degree, are in their native folding state, and possess all post-translational modifications. This advanced approach results in a product which delivers optimal antigenicity due to its human origin.
Chikungunya antigens - CHIKV-VLP-100
The Native Antigen Company offers a range of recombinant antigens for Chikungunya virus studies, prepared using its proprietary mammalian cell expression system. Antigens offered include unique virus-like particles (containing E1, E2 and Capsid proteins), and soluble E1 and E2 envelope proteins.
The most recent addition to The Native Antigen Company’s Chikungunya range is a recombinant MXRA8 protein, which has been identified as a cell surface receptor mediating CHIKV entry into host cells.
Dengue NS1 Antibodies - MAB12134-100
Our mouse anti-Dengue virus NS1 antibodies are specific to each of the NS1 protein of Dengue virus serotypes, 1-4. It does not cross-react with Dengue NS1 from other serotypes, nor with NS1 from Zika virus or other flaviviruses. No cross-reactivity is seen with Chikungunya virus proteins (E1, E2 and C).
This monoclonal mouse anti-Dengue virus NS1 antibodies are suitable for use in direct ELISA and in sandwich ELISA.
