- The sheep IL-5 ELISA Flex kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of sheep IL-5 in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-HRP, ELISA standard and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included. The monoclonal antibodies in this kit react with bovine IL-5 and cross-react with IL-5 from sheep.
