- RUO
- Clonality:
- Polyclonal
- Conjugate:
- Tyr-129 - Phosphorylated
- Extra Details:
- Our Profilin (Tyr-129) rabbit polyclonal phosphospecific primary antibody from PhosphoSolutions is produced in-house. It detects human, mouse, and rat Profilin (Tyr-129) and is antigen affinity purified. It is great for use in WB.
- Format:
- Antigen Affinity Purified
- Gene Details:
- PFN1
- Host:
- Rabbit
- Immunogen:
- Phospho-Profilin (Tyr-129) synthetic peptide (coupled to carrier protein) that includes amino acids surrounding Tyr-129 in human Profilin-1. This sequence is well conserved in rat and mouse Profilin-1. The tyrosine site has some homology to the conserved site (Tyr-129) in Profilin-2a and Profilin-2b, but the site is not conserved in Profiin-3 and Profilin-4.
- Isotype:
- IgG
- Molecular Weight:
- 15
- Physical State:
- Liquid
- Reactivities:
- Human, Mouse, Rat
- Shipping Conditions:
- Blue Ice
- Specificity:
- This antibody was cross-adsorbed to unphosphorylated Profilin (Tyr-129) then affinity purified using Profilin (Tyr-129) peptide (without carrier). The antibody detects a 15 kDa band corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Profilin-1 in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and jurkat cells treated with pervanadate. This reactivity is removed by alkaline phosphatase treatment.
- Storage Conditions:
- -20[o]C Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
- Type:
- Antibody: Polyclonal Antibody
