Western blot analysis of human endothelial cells serum starved overnight (lanes 1, 3, & 5) or treated with pervanadate (1 mM) for 30 minutes (lanes 2, 4, & 6). The blot was probed with anti-p130 Cas (PM1441; lanes 1 & 2), anti-p130 Cas (Tyr-751) (PP1581; lanes 3 & 4) or anti-p130 Cas (Tyr-762) (PP1451; lanes 5 & 6).
Immunocytochemical labeling of p130 Cas in aldehyde fixed human A431 epidermoid carcinoma cells. The cells were labeled with mouse monoclonal anti-p130 Cas (PM1441). The antibody was detected using goat anti-mouse DyLight® 594.
