- Each Path kit is specialized for the detection of an antigen-specific response. This unique combination of antigen with immunoassay is validated by scientists at Mabtech. This assay enables enumeration of cells secreting IFN-G Gamma and IL-2 in response to human Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) peptides. The EBV defined peptide pool contains 100 peptides derived from 22 of the latent and lytic EBV proteins.
