- Each Path kit is specialized for the detection of an antigen-specific response. This unique combination of antigen with immunoassay is validated by scientists at Mabtech. This assay enables enumeration of cells secreting IFN-G Gamma, IL-2 or both analytes in response to Cytolomegavirus (CMV) peptides. The CMV peptide pool contains 42 peptides derived from CMV. The antigens represented in the peptide pool are pp50, pp65, IE1, IE2, and Envelope glycoprotein B.
