- The mouse IgE ELISA Flex kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. It is recommended for quantification of mouse IgE in solution, e.g. in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. Mouse IgE alltoypes IgEa and IgEb are detected. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP, ELISA standard and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included. Mouse IgE ELISA Flex kits are also available with Streptavidin-HRP.|An ELISA designed to detect the native protein - in our most adaptable kit format to match your unique setup.
