- Tween Tris buffered saline is suitable for multiple applications including biological diluent buffer for antibodies or other biologics. This product is a 10X concentrated stock solution and should be diluted appropriately with distilled, deionized water or equivalent to its final working concentration. This buffer consists of 1.0 M Tris HCl, 1.5 M Sodium Chloride and 0.1% (v/v) Tween-20 at a pH of 7.5. Meticulously prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in highly polished pharmaceutical grade deionized water.
