GFP Antibody is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms. Chicken IgY lacks the classic "Fc" domain and does not bind to mammalian IgG Fc receptors. Thus resulting in lower backgrounds for western blotting, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
