It is used as 1X in all western blotting, ELISA and Chemiluminescence assays as a washing buffer, making blocking solution, diluting HRP-secondary and primary antibody etc. This buffer does not contain any sodium azide or mercury preservative and can be used for dilution of all antibodies, including peroxidase.
