- SKU:
- PME101511
- Additional Names:
- NT5E; NT; eN; NT5; NTE; eNT; E5NT; CALJA
- Molecular Weight:
- The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 59.3 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of CD73-His is approximately 55-70 kDa due to glycosylation.
- Purity:
- The purity of the protein is greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining.
- Storage Conditions:
- Store at -20[o]C to -80[o]C for 12 months in lyophilized form. After reconstitution; if not intended for use within a month; aliquot and store at -80[o]C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing). Lyophilized proteins are shipped at ambient temperature.
- Supplier:
- DIMA Biotechnology Ltd
- Formulation:
- Lyophilized from sterile PBS; pH 7.4. Normally 5 % – 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions of reconstitution.

- CD73
- CD73(Trp27-Ser549) 10×His tag:
- CD73(Trp27-Ser549) 10×His tag
- Extra Details:
- The protein encoded by this gene is a plasma membrane protein that catalyzes the conversion of extracellular nucleotides to membrane-permeable nucleosides. The encoded protein is used as a determinant of lymphocyte differentiation. Defects in this gene can lead to the calcification of joints and arteries. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.[provided by RefSeq; Mar 2011]
