- Store at -20[o]C to -80[o]C for 12 months in lyophilized form. After reconstitution; if not intended for use within a month; aliguot and store at -80[o]C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing). Lyophilized proteins are shipped at ambient temperature.Protect from light.
- Supplier:
- DIMA Biotechnology Ltd
- Formulation:
- Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl; 150 mM NaCl; pH 8.0). Normally 5% – 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions. Do not use solvents with a pH below 6.5 or those containing high concentrations of divalent metal ions (greater than 5 mM) in subsequent experiments.
- Extra Details:
- Negative control-synthetic nanodisc can be used as isotype control for nanodisc displaying membrane proteins in various applications. The protein in the nanodisc is a fusion protein; divided into three parts. N-terminal extracellular region is Flag tag. C-terminal intracellular region is EGFP-Strep tag. The transmembrane region of this protein utilizes the transmembrane region of platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta (PDGFRB).
- Shipping Conditions:
- Ambient
