Uniogen KaiSA96-Lockwell (41-01) Streptavidin-Coated Plates

The KaiSA96-Lockwell (41-01) is a ready-to-use 96-well plate designed for binding biotinylated molecules in ELISA and other assays. It’s a good choice when antibody coating is difficult, or when binding directly to polystyrene could affect results.

KaiSA96 is Uniogen’s main ELISA plate and is widely used by diagnostic companies and research labs. It offers reliable performance, consistent quality between batches, and low streptavidin leaching thanks to its cross-linked coating.

The plates can be stored at room temperature for up to three years from the date of manufacture, making them easy to handle and store.

They are produced under the ISO 13485 quality management system, and Uniogen follows sustainability guidelines set by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

Ideal user:

  • Researchers conducting molecular biology or biochemistry experiments or working on e.g., diagnostic or food safety assay development.
  • Immunologists studying antibody-antigen interactions.
  • Biotechnology scientists involved in therapeutic or biomarker discovery.

Top applications:

  1. Diagnostic ELISA assays: for detecting biomarkers, pathogens, or antibodies in clinical samples.
  2. Protein-protein interaction studies: using biotinylated probes to investigate binding dynamics.
  3. Screening: e.g., for drug discovery and molecular interaction profiling
