Superpooled Antibody Kits

Superpooled antibody (SPA) kits are a pooling of the different domain-specific polyclonal antibodies for each target protein. The SPA antibodies provide enhanced signal-to-noise ratio comparable to whole-protein polyclonal antibodies, but with predefined epitopes. With epitopes throughout the target protein, researchers need not know the accessible domain to achieve qualitative staining.

Antibody Test Kits

Antibody Test Kits (ATK products) are a kit composed of a small aliquot of each antibody. These kits allow the researcher to screen each of the domain specific antibodies by IHC so that users can affordably determine the best antibody for their immunohistochemistry applications.

Domain-Specific Antibodies

Domain-specific antibodies are provided with an aliquot of antibody pre-incubated with neutralizing immunogenic peptide. The important negative control will help IHC and Western blot users discriminate specific binding from non-specific background.

The Gold Standard Kits (GSK) also include a positive control for Western blotting. GSK kits are a developing catalogue line – so please enquire if your desired kit is not listed.
