NeoBiotechnologies’ use of CDI Labs’ HuProt™ human proteome microarray as a comprehensive platform for monoclonal antibody validation, antibody specificity and cross-reactivity screening, biomarker discovery, and autoantibody seromics. The array contains more than 21,000 unique human proteins, isoforms, and fragments spanning 16,794 genes, including 15,889 canonical human proteins listed in the Human Protein Atlas. Proteins are purified as correctly folded GST-fusion proteins and printed using non-contact piezoelectric inkjet technology, which the page says delivers reproducible spot quality and performance; reported lot-to-lot reproducibility is high, with 𝑅2 values of 0.92–0.96. The platform can distinguish antibodies recognising linear versus conformational epitopes, and the proteins retain native-like folding and functional activity, making it suitable for rigorous whole-proteome target identification and antibody validation.
