- Extra Details:
- Wnt-4 is a secreted glycoprotein that binds to receptors of the Frizzled family. Wnt-4 is important for multiple embryonic development processes including kidney morphogenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot, ELISA and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: 3-25ug/ml with iImmersion fixed MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line. Immunohistochemistry: 1-25ug/ml with immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast cancer tissue. Western Blot: 2ug/ml with human breast cancer tissue, MCF‑7 human breast cancer cell line and SK‑BR‑3 human breast cancer cell line and HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
