Extra Details:: TNF-a is a macrophage/monocyte cytokine, usually found as a soluble secreted protein, which has diverse immunomodulatory, anti-tumor and toxic effects. Neutralizes the recombinant TNF-a mediated cytotoxicity of L929 cells and inhibits the tumor growth in mice. Protects mice against the toxicity of recombinant human TNF-a. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Inhibition of biological activity of TNFa in different biological fluids. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed frozen tissues Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
