Extra Details:
Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha (TNFa) is a 17kD cytokine produced by monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, NK cells and CD4+ T cells. TNF alpha forms dimers and trimers, and is also found as a 26kD integral membrane protein. Mouse TNF alpha has cytolytic activity against many tumor cell lines, and has an important immunoregulatory role. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections ELISA: ≤ 2ug/ml Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilization is required. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
