Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Goat Anti Rat IgG: HRP (mouse absorbed) F(ab')2 Goat anti-rat IgG: RPE (mouse adsorbed) Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from an immunized DA rat were fused with cells of the Y3/Ag1.2.3 rat myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Controls: Rat IgG2a Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
