Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:500-1:5000 Immunocytochemistry: 1:500-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:250 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Precipitin Titre: 1:32 when tested against pooled normal swine serum in agar-block immunodiffusion titration. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C after receipt. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
