- Control Peptide for T8050-88. Source: Synthetic peptide corresponding to a 16 amino acid sequence near the middle of human TLR8. Epitope: aa790-840. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and blocking the activity of TLR8 (IN) antibody. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: Western Blot: Blocks the antibody activity completely by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
