- MaxLight™ 490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. Beta-TrCP plays a relevant role in the control of stability of several key protein factors. In Xenopus, beta-TrCP acts as an inhibitor of Wnt signaling and dorsal axis formation. A variety of cellular stress can induce the level of beta-TrCP mRNA and protein levels in human cells. Activation of stress-activated protein kinases JNK by forced expression of constitutively active mutants of JNKK2 and MKK6 also leads to accumulation of beta-TrCP. Another role played by beta-TrCP is the targeting of Cdc25A for degradation by the Skp1/Cul1/F-box protein complex. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and FLISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™490 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
