- Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2. Reconstitute with 20ul or 100ul sterile ddH2O.
- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:50-1:100 Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:50. Pretreatment with 0.05% Pronase E for 20 minutes Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
