Extra Details:: Thyroid peroxidase (TPO) is an enzyme expressed in the thyroid gland which is necessary for the production of thyroid hormes such as thyroxine. Congenital hypothyroidism and congenital goiter are both associated with mutations in the TPO gene. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pairs: Capture: T5399-01F, T5399-01D Detection: T5399-01E, T5399-01E Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive.
