Extra Details:: Thymidylate Synthase (TS), is a target for the fluoropyrimidine group of antineoplastic drugs used to treat solid tumors. Expression of TS is associated with response to 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in human breast, colorectal, gastric, head and neck carcinomas. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunoprecipitation: 10ul/mg protein lysate Western Blot: 1:200-1:400 Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections): 1:50-1:100 with incubation for 30-60 min at RT Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
