Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Sandwich ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Sandwich ELISA: 1-2ug/ml (100ul/well) will detect at least 1pg/well of recombinant human TECK when used with T2275-05 TECK (Biotin) as the detection antibody. Western Blot: 0.25-0.50 ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C after receipt. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
