Extra Details:: The Vd2 TCR is a variant of the TCR d chain expressed on a subset of y/d T cells. Vy9Vd2 T lymphocytes, a major y/d T cell subset in humans, recognize phosphoantigens, certain tumor cells, and cells treated with aminobisphosphonates. This cell population displays cytolytic activity against various tumor cells. The y/d TCR is an heterodimeric TCR complex composed of covalently bound y and d chains involved in antigen recognition and the non-covalently associated monomorphic proteins CD3d, y, e, and z chains. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.5ug/10e5 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
