- TCCR, is a class I cytokine receptor family member that is highly expressed in lymphoid tissues. It shows homology to IL-12 Rb2 and associates with gp130 to mediate IL-27 activity that is required for the initiation of Th1 responses. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul per ≤1x10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption: 488nm Emission: 565-605nm Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
