- Supplied as a powder lyophilized from PBS. Reconstitute with 50ul of sterile ddH2O. Centrifuge to remove any residue. Glycerol (1:1) can be added for additional stability.
- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml, fixing of proteins on membrane with 0.4% formaldehyde (30 min at RT) recommended. Immunohistochemistry (frozen or paraffin): 1-4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
