- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detects phospho-STAT 6 in RIPA lysates from IL4-stimulated HepG2 cells. Unstimulated (lane 1) or IL4 stimulated HepG2 (lane 2) cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-phospho-STAT 6 (Y641), 0.5ug/ml. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
