- Extra Details:
- Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription (STAT) proteins are transcription factors activated in response to cytokine, growth factor, or hormone receptor signaling. Janus kinases (JAKs) phosphorylate STAT proteins and induce dimerization. Homo- or heterodimers translocate to the nucleus where they bind to DNA and activate transcription. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light.
